Delivery and Payment

Delivery

  • Baku (12 districts) and the Baku area (settlements, Sumgayit, Khirdalan): by our own couriers — 5 ₼.
  • Time: “As soon as possible” or a day of your choice and a 1-hour window (every day, including Sunday, 10:00–20:00; at least 1 hour in advance, up to 3 days ahead).
  • Regions: by post or cargo — 8 ₼; the tracking number is sent by SMS.
  • Store pickup: free — Lökbatan, Qobu Park, Qobu 3, building 37.
  • Delivery is free on orders of 100 ₼ and over.
  • Minimum order: 20 ₼ (product total, excluding delivery).

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link and a 4-digit handover code by SMS. Give the code only to the courier — the order will not be handed over without it. 2 hours before your chosen time, we check by SMS that the time still suits you.

Payment

In Baku and the suburbs, payment is made on delivery: to the courier in cash or by bank card (POS terminal). For store pickup, you pay in store. For shipping to the regions, payment is made in advance by bank transfer — our staff will contact you after you order. Online card payment is coming soon.
