Returns Policy

You may return or exchange products that are unused, in unopened packaging and in saleable condition.

• Sterile products (sterile sets, sterile gowns and drapes) and disposable hygiene products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
• If the size does not fit, a medical uniform can be exchanged for another size.
• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately after delivery — we will replace it.
